This position supports storeroom operations by receiving goods, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate records. It plays an important role in keeping supplies available, orderly, and safe for use throughout the facility. As a Stock Clerk 2, you will perform the following duties:
- Receiving Goods: Receive, unpack, inspect, and record incoming materials, placing goods in proper storage locations
- Internal Orders: Pull inventory items, deliver supplies to requestors, and complete internal store requisition paperwork
- Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, rotate materials by usage and expiration date, and post shipments to perpetual records
- Recordkeeping: Maintain usage figures, identify discrepancies, and uphold filing systems for requisitions, receipts, inventories, and documents
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, and box trucks while lifting and moving heavy objects as needed
- Storage Maintenance: Maintain clean, orderly storage areas and ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained in accordance with standards

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time temporary employment, 37.5 hours per week, for up to 6 months
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Overtime as needed based on operational needs
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Hourly Wage: In some cases, the starting hourly wage may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or clerical work; and graduation from high school; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
