Pitt-Bradford is welcoming applications for Enrollment Services Assistant in the Office of Enrollment Services. Reporting to Registrar and Director of Enrollment Services, this full-time position serves as a key point of contact, in person, by phone, and by email, for students and parents regarding tuition, fees, registration, related account and academic matters. This position also works closely with faculty and other staff to support students through their educational experience.

Applies knowledge of programs, procedures, and policies to provide administrative support and assistance in a student services function. Assists current and prospective students and parents.

  • Provides administrative support to the Registrar, including correspondence, reports, and office supply management.
  • Handles daily student payment processing and cash management for the office.
  • Answers questions from students and parents and resolve problems related to invoicing, registration, and academic policies and procedures.
  • Manages course registration and records management for approximately 1,400 students each term. 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; formal business school training helpful.
  • One year of relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and work confidently within student accounting and student records systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
