Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and implementation/support teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle EBS functional knowledge combined with hands-on experience managing enterprise Oracle projects from requirements through implementation and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EBS functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions.
- Coordinate functional teams across Oracle EBS modules including:
- Financials
- Order Management
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to Oracle EBS consultants.
- Coordinate between business users, functional teams, technical developers, infrastructure teams, and third-party
Required Skills
- 15+ years of Oracle EBS experience with significant functional experience.
- Strong Oracle EBS R12 knowledge.
- Proven experience managing Oracle EBS functional projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional Oracle teams.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, or Order Management.
- Experience with Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or production support.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Oracle implementation methodologies.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work directly with business leadership and senior stakeholders.
