Capacity modeling – OEE, cycle time, bottleneck analysis

Labor & cost modeling – COGS, LOH, ROI, NPV, IRR

Manufacturing analytics & process optimization

Simulation tools – FlexSim / AnyLogic / Simio

Advanced Excel, SQL, Python

BI tools – Power BI / Tableau

PFEP and material flow modeling

Scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling & forecasting

AI/ML-based analytics is preferred
🔹 Must-Have Experience

7+ years of experience in industrial engineering analytics / manufacturing modeling

Proven experience building end-to-end IE models covering capacity, labor & cost

Strong understanding of factory operations, throughput optimization & cost analysis

Experience with business case development and financial modeling
-
Hands-on experience integrating shop-floor data, MES & analytics systems
