RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking a VoIP Engineer II for a 6 month contract role. This experienced VoIP Engineer will support and enhance enterprise voice and collaboration systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and support VoIP infrastructure
* Troubleshoot and resolve voice and network issues
* Configure call routing, dial plans, and collaboration platforms
* Partner with infrastructure and network teams on upgrades and projects
* Maintain technical documentation and best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of VoIP/Unified Communications engineering experience
* Experience with Cisco voice technologies (CUCM, Unity, Webex, or similar)
* Knowledge of SIP, call routing, and voice protocols
* Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
* Experience supporting enterprise environments
* Experience supporting enterprise voice environments
* Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience with:
* Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
* Cisco Unity Connection
* Cisco Webex Calling or similar collaboration platforms
* SIP and VoIP protocols
* Call routing and dial plan management
* Voice troubleshooting and root cause analysis
* IP networking, routing, switching, and QoS
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
