Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyPerform invoice matching, coding, and data entryReconcile vendor statements and research discrepanciesPrepare and process check runs and electronic paymentsAssist with month-end accounts payable activitiesMaintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policiesCommunicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiriesGenerate and analyze reports to support accounting and management needs
