This position supports the flow of critical documents that affect services throughout the department. The role focuses on retrieving, organizing, and reviewing records from multiple storage systems. As a Clerical Assistant 1, you will perform the following duties:
- Document Retrieval: Locate records from microfilm, microfiche, compact discs, and electronic storage systems
- Record Validation: Confirm documents needed for customer enrollment into REAL ID
- Issue Identification: Report problems with microfilm, microfiche, or image files to the supervisor
- System Navigation: Make inquiries in computer master files and interpret vehicle record data
- File Maintenance: Organize and store original documents, log incoming microfilm rolls, and assist with research tasks

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
