Job Duties– Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across various advertising platforms (digital and traditional advertising)– Manage client budgets with a focus on ROI– Create full-funnel campaign strategies from awareness to conversion and retention– Conduct advanced audience research and develop detailed targeting strategies– Collaborate with the creative team to develop platform-specific ad content– Manage relationships with platform representatives and negotiate media buys– Develop testing frameworks for creative, audiences, and bidding strategies– Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues– Draft performance reports in Data Studio– Identify new channel opportunities and expansion strategies for clients– Keep abreast of marketing and advertising trends and emerging technologies like AI, and how to apply them to our work
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience– 3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience across multiple platforms– 2+ years of experience in the following:Google Tag Manager – creating, managing, updating, and troubleshooting conversiontrackingData Studio – creating and maintaining Data Studio reports, utilizing data from multiplesourcesPaid channel attribution – understanding how paid channels apply conversion attribution,and different attribution models (last click/data-driven)Paid Search/Display/Video (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube)Social advertising (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)Running A/B and multivariate testsDesigning lead generation funnels (HubSpot, MailChimp)Optimizing and creating landing pagesExperience with analytics platforms (GA4, SEMRush, and attribution tools)– Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex results simply– Project management and organization skills with the ability to handle 8-10 accounts simultaneously– Strategic thinking ability with a focus on business outcomes over vanity metrics– Strong understanding of Google apps, particularly Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides– Reliable time management skills– Must own a reliable laptop/computer to use for work
Salary range – $57,500 – $62,000
