Brandywine Estate and Elder Law — West Chester, PA (satellite office in Lancaster, PA)
Brandywine Estate and Elder Law, a boutique two-attorney firm focused on estate planning, probate/estate administration, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning, seeks a licensed Pennsylvania attorney to join our growing team.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a completed clerkship with a county Orphans' Court judge
The Role
- Work independently and alongside experienced attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a fast-growing estate planning, probate, Orphans' Court litigation, and Medicaid planning practice
- Direct client contact and courtroom experience from day one
- Hybrid schedule, 2–3 days per week, split between our West Chester and Lancaster offices
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000–$95,000, plus an annual productivity-based bonus
