• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying, analysis, and validation.
• Experience working with relational databases and multiple data sources.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical/data requirements.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts.
• Familiarity with data modeling and data governance.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting is a plus.
• Experience in a specific industry such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, or Telecom is preferred.

EducationBachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
