As a Business Experience Planning Associate Sr within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburg, PA.
Typical job duties include:
Administrative Coordination
- Calendar Management: Proactively manage complex calendars for EIS leadership team, including scheduling, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing meetings.
- Define clear expectations of level of calendar support required, as each leader has different needs.
- Out of Office Arranger: Work with Business Execution Leads to assist the leadership team in identifying and recommending appropriate backup during planned absences. Promptly submit this information for CISO’s & Team’s calendars to ensure visibility and awareness.
Travel and Logistics Specialist
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking transportation, lodging, and preparing detailed itineraries, after approval has been received.
Define clear expectations of level of calendar support required, as each leader has different needs.
- Note: Administrative support is dedicated to the EIS Leadership Team and their direct reports. Requests from other areas of the organization should be redirected through appropriate channels unless explicitly approved.
Meeting & Workspace Operations
- Room Reservations & Technology: Book meeting rooms and serve as the point of contact for all A/V and technology needs.
- Meal Coordination: Order and coordinate meals for meetings, after approval has been received. Work with BISO Business Execution Lead to ensure these are approved and in the budget.
- Visitor Access & Security: Arrange any necessary building access, register external visitors, and act as the primary contact for Security organization during visits.
Handbook and Resource Management
- Leads the creation and ongoing maintenance of SharePoint-based handbooks and knowledge resources, enhancing accessibility, driving consistency in documentation, improving accessibility, and supporting organizational transparency and efficiency.
- Governance practices to ensure content accuracy.
EIS Distribution List Maintenance
- Weekly Updates: Update EIS distribution lists on a weekly basis using the latest headcount reports.
- Quarterly Audits: Perform a comprehensive quarterly audit to verify that all members of the distribution lists are current EIS employees or managers, using a deep comparison with the headcount file.
Work Location & Schedule
- In-Office Presence: Determine if a new role requires five days a week in the office. If so, coordinate work schedule to be split between Summit and Downtown Pittsburgh locations.
Performance Expectations
- Timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks

- Continuous improvement of administrative processes and team support programs
Reporting, Metrics, and Dashboards
- Assist in creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards for EIS metrics
