Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of directly relevant ServiceNow development/administration experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with:
- ServiceNow configuration
- Scripting
- Development
- Solution deployment.
- Experience across ServiceNow modules including:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- Workflow
- Service Catalog
- Custom applications.
- Understanding of Federal IT requirements, including:
- NNSA directives
- FISMA/NIST guidelines
- Naval Reactors information system instructions.
- Knowledge of:
- Change control
- Configuration management
- Auditability
- Secure workflow development
- Federal documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ServiceNow information clearly and concisely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems operating under Federal compliance standards.
- Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle requirements.
- Experience developing organizational IT procedures, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Experience identifying and implementing workflow/process improvements.
- Strong collaboration skills working with:
- Government organizations
- Federal contractors
- Site personnel
- Technical teams.
