Cohen Norris Wolmer Ray Telepman Berkowitz & Cohen is seeking full-time Associate Real Estate and Associate Litigation Attorneys with at least 5 years of experience to join our well-established firm. Associate Real Estate Attorney
What You'll Do:
- Draft and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts
- Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title review and risk assessment
- Assist senior attorneys on complex and high-value transactions
- Communicate directly with clients, brokers, agents, and lenders
- Manage multiple transaction files from opening through closing
Associate Litigation Attorney
What You'll Do:
- Manage all phases of civil litigation, from pleadings through trial
- Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel throughout litigation matters
