Join our team as a Full-Time Plumber!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Removes snow and ice.
- Maintains, tests, and repairs all life safety systems.
- IE sprinkler tests, eye wash, and emergency showers.
- Maintains, tests, repairs existing piping systems, drain, waste and vent systems, potable waters systems, steam, and medical gas delivery systems.
- Assists other trades as appropriate or assigned by management.
- Accurately requisitions materials, maintains files and records.
- Records time and material expended.
- Maintain a clean safe work environment, including storage and shop areas.
- Responsible for timely completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, logs, performance testing and other documentation.
- High school diploma in Trade or Vocational School degree plus four years apprenticeship.
- 3 years of experience in a related field required.
- Plumber's license required.
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Back flow certification and Med Gas Certification preferred.
- Driver's License
- Clearances with renewal:
- Act 31, 33, 34, & 73
