The Conservation and Environment Delivery Center (CEDC) is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as the Information Technology Executive 1 in the Harrisburg Central Office. This role allows you to apply your expertise to improve procurement and compliance processes that guide major IT decisions. You will work with teams across the delivery center to strengthen operations and ensure technology solutions meet statewide expectations. This position provides a meaningful opportunity to help shape IT efforts that serve communities across the Commonwealth.
This role manages two essential processes that guide how IT products, services, and policy exceptions are handled across the delivery center. The position ensures strong coordination, alignment, and oversight to support statewide technology standards and governance. As a Information Technology Compliance and Procurement Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Process Leadership: Lead and manage procurement and policy exception processes to support delivery center operations
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate metrics and performance indicators to ensure services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with program needs
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with staff and project teams to integrate processes into planning and support effective IT service delivery
- Training Support: Develop educational materials and guide staff on procurement requirements and policy compliance
- Governance Guidance: Advise agencies on enterprise standards, policy implications, and requirements for IT procurement and exception submissions
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track procurement and exception activities throughout their lifecycle to support safe and compliant IT operations

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two days telework with three office days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Ten years of professional information technology experience; or
- Six years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
