Responsibilities
- Support cloud cost management software and help ensure smooth day-to-day use across the organization
- Onboard new users and assist with setup, adoption, and ongoing support
- Create and maintain widgets, dashboards, and reports to improve visibility into cloud spending
- Prepare user documentation, guides, presentations, and supporting materials
- Compare datasets to help verify accuracy and consistency in reporting
- Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to gather information and deliver solutions
- Strong background in data analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and terminology
- Experience working with AWS cloud services is preferred
- Knowledge of FinOps principles and cloud cost management practices
- Familiarity with data visualization, charts, and pivot tables in Excel or Power BI
- Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Ability to analyze, organize, and compare datasets with accuracy
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a quick ability to learn new tools and processes
- Experience with IBM Cloudability or similar FinOps platforms
- Exposure to scripting tools or programming languages
- Cloud computing certification or related experience
- Background supporting highly technical, collaborative teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
