This position focuses on evaluating needs, designing treatment plans, and delivering occupational therapy services that support individual recovery. You contribute to team-based care by providing assessments, recommendations, and progress updates. As a Licensed Occupational Therapist, you will perform the following duties:
- Therapy Evaluation: Assess individuals using approved methods and document findings in the electronic health record
- Treatment Planning: Develop therapy sessions based on individual needs and monitor progress toward treatment goals
- Team Collaboration: Share recommendations during multidisciplinary meetings to support coordinated care
- Service Communication: Participate in department meetings and committees to promote clear understanding of therapy services
- Resource Coordination: Request equipment and supplies and organize therapy areas to support effective treatments
- Specialized Services: Complete physician ordered consultations for specialized occupational therapy interventions

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

QUALIFICATIONS
Special Requirements:
- This position requires possession of a license to practice occupational therapy as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Occupational Therapy Education and Licensure.
Other Requirements:
- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
