The EMBRACE Lab is part of the department of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh. We conduct research on the development of severe psychopathology, including suicide, personality disorders, and aggression. Our research studies focus on dyadic relationships that are central to risk and resilience for these disorders.
This position is grant funded.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, scheduling appointments, obtaining written consent forms, collecting data by conducting phone or face to face interviews for research project(s).
- Maintain accurate documentation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or current enrollment, with some experience in research environment.
Experience in the area of public health, psychology, applied research or behavioral health is preferred.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Detail oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and the ability to learn various software packages as needed.

- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34
- Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
