UPMC is seeking dedicated and adaptable individuals to join our Environmental Services Float Pool, serving across multiple hospital campuses in Oakland—including UPMC Mercy, Montefiore, Magee-Womens Hospital, Presbyterian, and Shadyside. In this vital position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors, while gaining exposure to a variety of hospital settings and teams. This position will work the daylight first shift.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in order to successfully complete housekeeping duties.
- Ability to use housekeeping equipment.
- May in the course of duties be in rooms where medications are stored.
- No contact with medications is allowed.
