This position focuses on providing clinical and consultative tuberculosis services that support public health and patient care. As a Health Clinic Physician Tuberculosis, you will perform the following duties:
- Clinical Services: Provide patient care services including tuberculosis examinations and diagnoses
- Treatment Oversight: Manage medication orders, authorize laboratory services, and issue isolation orders
- Test Management: Review test results and adjust treatment plans in line with program standards
- Patient Monitoring: Assess patients for toxic effects of medications and determine when they may leave isolation or resume daily activities
- Consultative Support: Provide second opinions, participate in cohort reviews, and collaborate with state and local health staff
- Current Knowledge: Maintain an updated understanding of tuberculosis treatment regimens and drug dosages

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Per diem employment
- You will be scheduled to work on an as-needed basis. Days and times will vary depending on need. This position does not require weekend hours.
- The primary work location will be determined between Warren, Venango, and Crawford counties based on the selected applicant. You will be required to travel throughout all three of these counties.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
