Job Description:
Looking for Systems Engineer II to support research data collection and lab operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining Linux/Windows/macOS environments, supporting network operations, and improving system reliability through scripting and process enhancements.
Required Skills:

2+ years of experience in hardware troubleshooting, lab support, or data collection operations.

Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux, Windows, and macOS using CLI/terminal tools.

Knowledge of network protocols and basic network debugging (DNS, DHCP, connectivity, routing).

Scripting experience with Python and/or Bash.

Experience with root cause analysis and operational support.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to follow data handling and participant privacy protocols.
