Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Locations: Erie, Monroeville, Canonsburg, Wexford, Camp Hill, Pittsburgh, Grove City, Jefferson Hills, PA, or Wilmington, DE
Work Model: Onsite / Field-Based
Contract: 6–12+ months with possible extension
Travel: Within an assigned ~30-mile radius
Shift: Business hours + on-call/extended support as required
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of Deskside/Desktop/Field IT Support experience
- Windows desktop/laptop troubleshooting
- Hardware, peripherals, printers, and workstation support
- IMAC, deployment, refresh, and device replacement
- Smart Hands and basic data closet activities
- ServiceNow / ITSM ticketing and asset management
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong customer service and documentation skills
- Healthcare/clinical environment experience is a plus
