ROLE: SSIS DEVELOPER -FINANCIAL

OVERALL EXPERIENCE 6-8YRS+
Seeking a SSIS Developer with strong SQL Server fundamentals and exposure to AWS to support data integration, ETL, migration, and reporting initiatives for a financial services client.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and supporting SSIS packages, SQL queries, stored procedures, data transformations, and ETL workflows, along with a basic understanding of AWS data services.
Required Skills
SSIS / ETL
- 5+years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Experience creating and maintaining SSIS packages.
- Experience with common SSIS transformations and data sources/destinations.
- Understanding of ETL development and data integration concepts.
SQL Server
- Strong SQL fundamentals.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, views, and stored procedures.
- Knowledge of SQL Server tables, indexes, constraints, and data types.
- Ability to troubleshoot SQL and data-related issues.
- Understanding of query performance and basic optimization techniques.
AWS
- Basic hands-on experience with AWS data services.
- Knowledge of AWS Glue, RDS, Redshift, or Lambda
- Understanding of cloud-based data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with moving and processing data between SQL Server and AWS environments is desirable.
