Manages and facilitates overall day-to-day research administration activities and operational functions. Collaborates to ensure compliance, productivity, and progress. Develops and implements program policies and procedures and adheres to protocols, regulations, and budgets. Coordinates program events and logistics. Performs budgetary functions.

Responsibilities include:
­Ensure compliance, validity, productivity, and progress of the research performed in the laboratory.
­Manage and facilitate overall day­ to­day research administration activities and operational functions.
­Where needed, implement policies and procedures and adherence to protocols, regulations, and budgets.

Strong ability to evaluate scientific data.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead by example.
 

Moderate physical effort required. May be required to stand/move for several hours at a time. May be required to move objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance of equipment.
