University of Pittsburgh Physicians is hiring a full-time Project Coordinator for University Family Medicine. This position is Monday-Friday, daylight hours. This position will have flexible hours with the possibility of remote work. Travel to Shadyside and Magee will be required.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Participate in the documentation and submission of service requests to ISD and/or system vendor(s). Assist in the assignment of request priorities, and monitor and communicate the progress of the assigned requests.
  • Provide first level support for department programs and initiatives. Communicate problems or complex requests to the Management.
  • Maintain an understanding of UPMC health careers to support programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documents and materials to support effective roll out of programs and initiatives.
  • Develops and maintains Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Assist with department administrative support.
  • General involvement with all Human Resources aspects of the organization.
  • Assist in documentation of processes, standards, procedures, and policies for programs and initiatives.
  • Provide support, where needed, for all events and activities.
  • Participate in design, development, and implementation programs and initiatives.

•High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in human resources, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related field preferred.•Three years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a high school diploma OR Two years of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions required w/ a bachelor’s degree OR one year of experience in project planning and/or administrative functions with completion of UPMC Summer Associates/Pittsburgh Fellows program required w/ a bachelor's degree.
