Performs administrative assistant support work of moderate complexity.
Provides administrative support to the Department's 2 Vice-Chairs and faculty as needed. Responsibilities include managing the faculty clinic schedule, tracking absences, and communicating with faculty regarding time off. Also coordinates clinic scheduling for upcoming semesters, handles faculty inquiries, and supports department team building and culture. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required. Dental experience a plus.
Office setting. Primarily sedentary with periodic standing, bending, repetitive motion, and movement throughout the School.
