Job DescriptionSkill: Java Full Stack Developer Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. Build and maintain robust backend services and API integrations. Collaborate with UI development teams for end-to-end solution delivery. Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issues. Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms. Event-Driven & Integration Solutions: Design and develop Kafka-based event-driven architectures. Create scalable messaging and asynchronous processing solutions. Integrate applications with internal and external systems through RESTful services and APIs. Ensure reliability, resiliency, and fault tolerance of integration platforms.Database & Data Management: Design and optimize Oracle database schemas and queries. Implement data modeling, indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning strategies. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with enterprise standards. Support database migration and modernization initiatives.Cloud & AWS Solutions (Must Have): Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS. Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda. Architect and implement solutions using AWS services including: o Lambdao API Gatewayo SQSo SNSo DynamoDBo ECS/EKSo CloudWatcho IAMo S3o Bedrock Implement Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform preferred). Drive cloud security, monitoring, scalability, and cost optimization initiatives.AI & Generative AI Engineering Design and develop GenAI-powered business solutions using Amazon Bedrock. Build, deploy, and manage AI Agents using AWS AI services. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications. Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks and AI workflows. Optimize AI model performance, security, governance, and monitoring. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, and QA teams. Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions. Communicate technical solutions and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
