Operating in a high-stakes, fast-paced NCAA Division I environment, this position supports the Head Coach in all aspects of program management, including technical skill instruction (such as hitting, pitching, or defensive specialist work), tactical game-planning, and the identification and recruitment of elite-level prospects. Beyond the field and batting cages, the Assistant Coach serves as a dedicated mentor committed to fostering academic integrity, personal accountability, and strict compliance with all NCAA, conference, and university regulations, ultimately helping to build a championship-caliber culture that elevates the institution's athletic profile.
