- PFEP (Plan for Every Part)
- PFMEA
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma

- Business Case Analysis (ROI, IRR, NPV, Cost-Benefit Analysis)
- Strong Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with cross-functional manufacturing operations
- Greenfield/Brownfield manufacturing projects
- CAPEX planning
- Factory simulation tools (FlexSim, Simio, AnyLogic)
- Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- AI-driven manufacturing analytics
- MES integration
