JobTitle: Senior SharePoint Developer
Location: Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland, OH - (5 days Onsite)

Required qualifications :
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experience
- Strong experience with:
- SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server
- Backend development using C#, .NET, REST APIs
- SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with backend emphasis
- Solid understanding of:
- SharePoint architecture and data model
- Permissions, security trimming, and governance
- Content types, site collections, managed metadata
- Experience integrating SharePoint with:
- Azure services
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- External systems and APIs
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
- Comfortable working in enterprise, regulated, or large-scale environments
Secondary Skills
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- SharePoint migrations (on-prem to online)
- Exposure to DevOps practices:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Source control (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Understanding of:
- Information governance
- Records management
- Compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
