Soccer Camp Staff
Chatham University welcomes applications for Soccer Camp Staff positions. We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable individuals who are passionate about soccer and enjoy working with children and young athletes. Soccer Camp Staff play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and engaging camp experience by assisting with instruction, supporting daily camp operations, and encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development.
Camp Counselor
The Soccer Camp Counselor is responsible for creating a positive, safe, and fun learning environment for youth soccer campers. This role involves assisting with daily check-in & check-out, camper supervision in camp activities, lunch and transitions. Counselors will also assist with on field skills development and game coaching (including stretches, warm-ups, soccer drills, full field and small sided games) and daily set-up and clean-up of all activities.
Camp Counselor & Lifeguard
The Soccer Camp Counselor/ Lifeguard position is responsible for creating a positive, safe, and fun learning environment for youth soccer campers. This role involves assisting with daily check-in & check-out, camper supervision in camp activities, lunch and transitions. Counselors will also assist with on field skills development and game coaching (including stretches, warm-ups, soccer drills, full field and small sided games). In addition to soccer responsibilities, the Camp Counselor/Lifeguard Role will oversee the camp pool time (this position requires lifeguard certification).
Assistant Camp Director and Age Group Lead
Assistant Camp Director and Age Group Lead is responsible for creating a positive, safe, and fun learning environment for youth soccer campers. This role involves assisting with all aspects of organizing and running the Cougar Soccer Camp. Responsibilities include: roster/attendance management, equipment & supplies management, helping with daily check-in & check-out, camper supervision in camp activities, lunch and transitions. Age Group Leads will also be responsible for organizing and leading on field skills development and game coaching (including stretches, warm-ups, soccer drills, full field and small sided games) and daily set-up and clean-up of all activities.
Salary Range:
$14.00 per hour/20-hour work week.
Exact compensation based on candidate skills and experience.
