Baum O’Connor Cullen Chmiel has an opening for a litigation associate attorney who has the desire to specialize in medical malpractice defense litigation. The candidate should have 1-3 years of litigation experience that will enhance their ability to successfully develop a career in medical malpractice defense.  We will also consider individuals currently awaiting PA bar exam results.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Draft and respond to written discovery
  • Conduct medical records reviews
  • Draft client reports and correspondence
  • Draft and argue motions and preliminary objections
  • Attend depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses and experts
  • Assist in trial preparation and attend trial

Successful Candidate:
