Position Overview
- We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on Dynatrace experience to support an automation project.
- The selected candidate will create Dynatrace dashboard templates that provide application teams with basic metric information related to the service mesh product.
Key Responsibilities
- Create dashboard templates using Dynatrace.
- Develop dashboards that provide basic application metrics related to the service mesh product.
- Support the automation project.
- Work independently as the primary Dynatrace resource.
- Collaborate with a team of approximately five to six members.
- Troubleshoot dashboard, monitoring, and metric-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with technical team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on Dynatrace experience.
- Strong experience creating Dynatrace dashboards and dashboard templates.
- Experience working with application performance metrics and monitoring data.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently as the primary Dynatrace resource.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Istio.
- Experience with Service Mesh technologies.
- General technology or infrastructure background.
Team Structure
- The selected candidate will serve as the primary Dynatrace resource.
- The overall team consists of approximately five to six members.
