This position supports quality and risk management efforts that help ensure safe and effective services for Selinsgrove Center residents. It strengthens the Center’s programs through evaluation, guidance, and collaboration with staff across multiple disciplines. As a Quality Assurance Risk Management Coordinator, you will perform the following duties:
- Program Support: Provide orientation and ongoing education on quality and risk management procedures
- Investigation Oversight: Assign investigations, maintain logs, and review incident reports for proper preventative actions
- Committee Participation: Support daily and scheduled risk management meetings and assist staff with report preparation
- Regulatory Compliance: Help develop and follow plans of correction related to licensing surveys and regulatory requirements
- Data Evaluation: Monitor and audit documentation for corrective and preventative measures and summarize findings
- Training Delivery: Conduct workshops for certified investigators, focusing on quality management and skill enhancement

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work weekends, holidays, and on-call time as assigned.

- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Quality Assurance/Risk Management Specialist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Three years of professional experience as a member of a multiple disciplinary treatment team in a public or private health care facility and a bachelor's degree; or
- Three years of clinical experience in a human services agency, including two years of administrative, evaluative, consultative or supervisory work in a health care program; and a bachelor's degree with major course work in social work, nursing, health care administration, behavioral sciences or a related field; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
