This position supports the movement, storage, and tracking of Lottery materials. The work includes ordering supplies, maintaining accurate inventories, assisting staff, and ensuring secure handling of all items. As a Stock Clerk 3, you will perform the following duties:

  • Supply Ordering: Order, receive, store, and distribute Lottery materials and supplies for the Area Office
  • Inventory Checks: Perform periodic physical and electronic inventories to determine stock levels and timing for new orders
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate inventory control documents, balances, manifests, and records for returned or issued items
  • Security Measures: Secure ticket stock and materials by managing alarms, locking storage areas, and following Lottery security rules
  • Shipment Processing: Receive deliveries, verify quantities, separate heavy items, and prepare materials for distribution to staff or retailers
  • Vehicle Tasks: Drive cargo vans, move pallets, assist with loading, maintain vehicle records, and ensure proper use of automotive supplies

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, ad hoc. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Dauphin. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Three years of experience in stores control work, including one year of experience with responsibility for the operation of a small storeroom; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a high school or vocational school; or 
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:

  • You must possess a valid driver's license.
  • You must abide by the prohibition guidelines and refrain from gambling in Pennsylvania casinos, or any casino outside of Pennsylvania with the same owners.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
