We're looking for a Copilot Platform Lead to own and scale our Microsoft 365 Copilot platform, helping employees unlock productivity, innovation, and business value through secure and responsible AI solutions. In this highly visible role, you’ll combine strategy, governance, technology, and business partnership while collaborating with IT, Security, Legal, Data Governance, and business teams to help shape the future of enterprise AI at Alcoa.
About the role:
Help define and execute the roadmap for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
Establish scalable operating models, governance standards, and best practices.
Partner with Microsoft and external vendors to evolve capabilities and maximize value.
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the organization.
Ensure Copilot solutions deliver measurable productivity and business outcomes.
Partner with adoption and training teams to support user readiness and engagement.
Oversee Copilot license planning, allocation, and optimization.
Support enterprise-wide expansion while aligning investments with business priorities.
Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, and ROI.
Lead the intake, prioritization, and lifecycle management of Copilot Agents.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data governance, and cost management requirements.
Create reusable frameworks and standards that enable scalable innovation.
Track adoption, usage, and business impact.
Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership.
Continuously improve platform processes, governance, and user experience.
What you can bring to this role:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product management, platform ownership, digital workplace technologies, or related fields.
Experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
Experience working with governance, compliance, and enterprise IT processes.
Strategic thinking and product leadership
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Executive communication and influence
Data-driven decision-making
Ability to balance innovation with governance and risk management
Preferred:
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or generative AI solutions.
Understanding of AI governance, security, and data management principles.
Experience translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
