Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 14+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and Test Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading QA teams, defining testing strategies, implementing automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and technical expertise in both manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Manage functional, regression, integration, system, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
• Track, prioritize, and resolve defects while working closely with development teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Prepare QA metrics, status reports, and quality dashboards for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
• Proven experience leading QA teams and managing end-to-end testing activities.
• Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or UFT.
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
• Experience with test frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, or Cucumber (BDD).
• Strong programming/scripting experience in Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or TestRail.
• Experience testing cloud-based applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in test automation framework design and implementation.
• Knowledge of mobile testing using Appium.
• ISTQB or other QA certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience working with microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
