Federated Hermes is seeking a strategic, data-driven Global Digital Analytics Manager to lead the measurement, analysis and optimization of our global digital marketing ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you’ll own performance reporting across websites, email, social media, CRM and marketing automation platforms, transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Technology teams, you’ll establish KPI frameworks, build executive-ready dashboards, lead performance analysis and champion best-in-class measurement standards that enhance campaign effectiveness, improve user experiences and strengthen demand generation outcomes across regions and business lines.

Success in this position requires exceptional analytical, problem-solving and consultative skills, along with the ability to translate complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. The Global Digital Analytics Manager will be expected to proactively identify opportunities, influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across digital channels through reporting, experimentation and data governance. This opportunity is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys uncovering the story behind the data, building scalable measurement frameworks and partnering with business leaders to shape digital marketing strategy within a sophisticated global financial services organization.

Specifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, email, social media, and lead generation.
  • Understanding of financial services, investment products, or related industry terminology preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
