This role centers on providing administrative support that helps manage campaign finance and lobbying disclosure filings. It involves reviewing reports, assisting customers, and supporting office procedures that ensure accuracy and service quality. As an Administrative Assistant 1, you will perform the following duties:
- Report Review: Examine campaign finance and lobbying disclosure reports for accuracy and inconsistencies
- Guide Updates: Assist in creating and revising public guides related to campaign finance and lobbying disclosure
- Procedure Support: Analyze procedures and provide recommendations to improve office operations
- Document Processing: Post reports, prepare materials for data entry, and organize documents for audits
- Customer Assistance: Respond to inquiries and assist customers at the front desk, by phone, and through email
- Data Management: Update records, perform data entry, and help maintain accurate candidate and registrant information

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. After being trained, you will have the opportunity to telework up to two days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must have 2 or more years of customer service experience.
- You must have 2 or more years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
