Devises and implements comprehensive training programs and ensures compliance with goals and policies. Delivers training, supports employees, and resolves issues. Tracks various customer metrics and prepares reports. Monitors departmental activities and identifies discrepancies in practices.
Primary focus will be QA/QC but will get additional responsibilities as needed and agreed upon by their Supervisor.
