Devises and implements comprehensive training programs and ensures compliance with goals and policies. Delivers training, supports employees, and resolves issues. Tracks various customer metrics and prepares reports. Monitors departmental activities and identifies discrepancies in practices.
- Devises and implements comprehensive training programs for use across the department.
- Ensures all training programs align with departmental goals and policies.
- Delivers training to employees in an effective and efficient manner. Supports employees through training processes.
- Attends to problems as they arise.
- Tracks and reports various customer metrics. Prepares reports; shares findings with upper-level management.
- Monitors departmental activities for accuracy and quality. Identifies potential discrepancies in practices. Escalates issues when necessary.
- Develops corrective action plans when quality standards aren't met, and follows up to confirm resolution
- Identify root causes of recurring deficiencies (staffing, equipment, scheduling, training gaps) and recommend fixes.
- Pilot and evaluate new cleaning products, equipment, or methods for efficiency/quality gains.
