We are a fast-paced, well-established personal injury firm seeking an experienced attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a high-volume, high-value case environment and is looking for substantial earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 80–90 personal injury files
- Handle cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients to maximize recovery
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated support team
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of personal injury experience
- Proven ability to independently manage a substantial caseload
- Strong negotiation and case management skills
- Results-driven with a track record of successful settlements
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $125,000 – $150,000
- A percentage of all fees earned on files that you settle or otherwise resolve
- Total earning potential: $300,000 – $400,000+ annually
- 3 weeks paid vacation
