Our client is seeking a Retail Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role combines executive support, project coordination, reporting, and operational administration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive schedules.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and leadership communications.
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and correspondence.
- Track projects, action items, and key operational initiatives.
- Support payroll administration, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Assist with division-wide events, training programs, and employee recognition activities.
- Maintain confidentiality while supporting executive leadership.
