We're searching for an HR Project Analyst to join our HR Compliance team!  

In this role, the HR Project Analyst will work with Human Resources team members and internal customer groups to support the development and execution of processes, programs, and solutions to achieve successful business outcomes. This position will be responsible for organizing and advancing our HR compliance function and will focus on projects that involve I-9 education, data governance, and other HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and executes all project initiatives within the timeline defined for each project effort.
  • Work with Human Resources team on a variety of operational project initiatives, including documentation of new processes and procedures and refinement of existing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal Human Resources team members on all project initiatives taking into account the needs of each areas customer groups and adjusting approach as needed to accommodate.
  • Provide oversight to the tracking of documentation of the department's internal shared portal and ensures best practices for use of the site are administered.
  • Work with the department's Data Coordinator to develop key metrics for analysis; includes heavy use of PeopleSoft queries as well as Excel to develop analytical reports for use in strategic planning and decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and two years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a heavy emphasis on Human Resources operations, performance and talent management programs required.
    • OR High School Diploma/GED and four years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a heavy emphasis on Human Resources operations, performance and talent management programs required.
  • Knowledge of I-9 compliance, data analysis, data integrity and/or data governance is preferred.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office experience is preferred.

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
 

  • PHR, SPHR certification, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification or UPMC HCI Strategic HR Business Partner Certification preferred.
