Genesis10 is currently seeking an Oracle Global Data Warehouse Senior Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
Pay range: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
In this role, you will act as a liaison to the client's businesses and customer groups, coordinating and leading offshore teams in the support of the Oracle Global Data Warehouse. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving support issues, championing process improvements, and coordinating technical work to enable reporting consistency across Oracle, Hyperion, and Microsoft SQL Server / Power BI analytical applications that serve multiple finance and procurement functions.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of business applications, processes, and technology
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship across the organization, with leadership, customers, and 3rd party vendors
- Oversee the deployment of customizations and enhancement requests and provide guidance to the developer teams
- Coordinate and assist in investigating and resolving support issues and technical work across various infrastructure and application support teams
- Participate in and support system upgrades, deployments, and technology expansions
- Preserve and improve the cybersecurity posture by keeping the applications and their infrastructure up to date
- Manage small to large-scale projects, including planning requirements, tracking schedules, monitoring budgets, and identifying risks
- Lead the discovery, planning and implementation of process improvements for continuous optimization
- Collaborate with IT Business Architect to define and maintain application roadmaps
- Maintain ITIL artifacts (CMDB and support KB articles), architecture diagrams, and various support documentations
- Lead and coordinate offshore technical teams, providing direction, oversight, and quality control
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
- Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL
- Working knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes, and Data Security concepts
- Strong experience with performance tuning, stored procedures analysis, and troubleshooting complex data/system issues
- Understanding of Oracle EBS underlying database structure
- Working knowledge of Linux environments
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available
Desired skills:
- 2 years of prior experience supporting Data Warehousing solutions
- Exposure or working knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: Finance, Project Accounting, Procurement, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay
- Experience with Oracle R12 (12.2), Oracle 19c databases, PL/SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle
- Solid leadership and organizational skills
