Role: Business Analyst with experience in Security Master
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Security Master data to support business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, analyze data, work with stakeholders, and help improve Security Master processes and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work with business and technical teams to define solutions.
- Support Security Master data onboarding, maintenance, and validation.
- Analyze data issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Create functional specifications, process documentation, and test cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
- Communicate project updates and business requirements to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Experience working with Security Master data.
- Good understanding of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and derivatives.
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SQL and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile projects is a plus.
