The Ellwood City Area School District is seeking a full time Director of Facilities Management. This
position is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of all District buildings, facilities and grounds, including the direction and supervision of custodial and maintenance staff.
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
● Recommended minimum five years experience as either a facilities supervisor or a supervisor of one or more skilled trades within the public or private sectors.
● Demonstrate basic project engineering skills including ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, wiring diagrams and floor plans, and costing out projects.
● Working knowledge of the budget process, purchasing systems, payroll and the bid process,
computer software programs.
● Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodation
● Maintain a valid Pennsylvania State Drivers License.
