UPMC’s Bellefield Outpatient Clinic is looking for a licensed Behavioral Health Therapist II to join the team! Bellefield OP is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services both in-person and virtually to adults facing a variety of challenges. We support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Our Behavioral Health Therapist is eligible for a $7000 sign on bonus with a 2 year work commitment!
Responsibilities:
· Maintain clinical productivity records and timely documentation.
· Provide individual and group therapy in home, school, and community settings.
· Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
· Apply evidence-based treatment approaches and interventions.
· Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
· Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, and care coordination.
· Manage caseloads and related administrative responsibilities.
· Coordinate referrals and connect patients to appropriate services and resources.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensure, and authorization requirements.
· Support quality improvement initiatives, professional development, and student mentoring.
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education in school counseling, or related field required.

Two years of clinical experience diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions required.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Clinical Social Worker (CSW) is required.
Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process, as well as application of current version of the DSM required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) or Clinical Social Worker (CSW) is required.

*Current licensure either in the state where the facility is located or, if the facility is in a state covered by the multistate Nursing Licensure Compact (NLC) agreement, a multistate license issued by a participating NLC state. Hires and current employees working on an out-of-state NLC license who later change their residency to the state where the facility is also located will have 60 days upon changing their residency to apply for licensure within that state.
