eNGINE  is hiring a QA Analyst with strong hands-on automation experience to join our IT Quality Assurance team. This role is heavily automation-focused with a small amount of manual testing. Candidates must have experience with Selenium, C#, SQL querying, and Appium. Experience with WinAppDriver and OCR technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and cases based on business and technical requirements
  • Perform testing across multiple platforms, including mobile and desktop
  • Build, maintain, and enhance automated test suites (primarily using C#, Selenium, Appium)
  • Write SQL queries to prepare and validate test data
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve QA processes and standards
  • Communicate test results, defects, and risks to stakeholders
  • Participate actively in team meetings and scrum ceremonies
  • Leverage AI-powered testing tools and frameworks to boost test coverage and efficiency
  • Apply machine learning–driven techniques for predictive defect analysis and risk-based testing
  • Utilize AI-based test case generation, visual testing, and optimization tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, C#, SQL querying, and Appium
  • Strong knowledge of QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to modern testing
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a dedicated software QA role
  • Experience testing mobile applications
  • Experience with SMS testing
  • Background in pharmacy or healthcare technology
  • Experience using project/issue tracking tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.)
  • Experience with test management systems (Azure Test Plans, TestRail, etc.)
  • Automation experience with C#, Selenium, Appium, and related frameworks
  • Experience with AI-enhanced visual testing, defect prediction, or intelligent test optimization tools
