This role ensures that residential services, programs, and daily routines meet the needs of the individuals served at Ebensburg Center. It includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective service delivery. As a Residential Services Unit Manager, you will perform the following duties:
- Unit Leadership: Plan, organize, and direct the daily work of unit teams to support high-quality services that meet required standards
- Service Oversight: Observe service delivery, review records, and hold meetings to ensure that individual needs are met
- Staff Guidance: Provide direction, feedback, and performance review to help staff contribute effectively to service goals
- Training Support: Arrange and conduct training to improve staff knowledge, skills, and overall effectiveness
- Policy Communication: Explain and reinforce policies, procedures, and expectations to help staff follow required guidelines
- Safety and Incident Review: Review incident information and develop plans that reduce safety risks and prevent repeated issues

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (2nd shift), working every other weekend, with a 30-minute lunch. This may change based on operational needs.
- Overtime and travel as operationally necessary
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years professional therapeutic experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability, including two years in a supervisory capacity, and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, nursing, business, or hospital administration; or
- An equivalent combination of professional experience and training which includes two years supervisory experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
