As an Environmental Services Team Leader, you'll lead daily operations, support team members, and help ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and coordinate Environmental Services Aides staff to ensure daily assignments are completed efficiently.
- Inspect patient rooms, public areas, and equipment to maintain exceptional cleanliness and safety standards.
- Support and guide team members while serving as a resource for problem-solving and daily operations.
- Communicate with nursing units and other departments to meet environmental and patient care needs.
- Monitor supplies and equipment to keep teams fully equipped for success.
- Step into a supervisory role when needed and help maintain smooth department operations.

- HS Diploma/GED preferred
- 2 years relevant experience required
